Because Retail Sales Link Inc supports wholesale and commercial equipment purchasing, refund eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Wholesale, commercial, specially sourced, customized, or used goods, as well as services that have already been performed, may not be eligible for a refund.

This policy does not promise unconditional refunds for every wholesale or commercial equipment order. Each refund request is reviewed against the conditions described above.
